ELEVA DATA, S.L., a company of Andorran nationality with registered address at Conjunt Residencial Terraboneta, Ed. Feixes, Staircase B, Ground Floor 1, Sant Julià de Lòria (Principality of Andorra) and Tax Registration Number 716693-U shall be responsible for data processing when services relate to data protection in Andorra.
Hereinafter, Eleva Legal España, S.L., Eleva Legal, S.L. and Eleva Data, S.L. shall be referred to as “ELEVA”.
Access to the Website is free of charge except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and access to them is restricted. The services provided by ELEVA generally have the price indicated in the corresponding service proposal and are in no case offered or provided through the Website.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish and Andorran law and, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations (including consumer protection regulations), any dispute shall be submitted by the parties to the courts of the city of Pamplona for users domiciled in Spain, and to the courts of the Principality of Andorra for users domiciled in Andorra.
